Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Criders from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Criders homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
We also help Criders homeowners plan for material delivery timing so a Roof Replacement doesn't sit half-finished waiting on backordered shingles.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Criders property sits exposed.
Full written scope and price before any tear-off begins, covering materials, labor, and disposal.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Criders Roof Replacement project with us covers.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
Call +1-844-212-9199 to schedule a consultation — dispatch connects you with a Roof Replacement project lead.
A crew lead inspects your Criders roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
Pricing tiers by material are explained clearly before you commit to anything.
A final walkthrough confirms the finished roof matches the agreed scope before we consider the job done.
